Firenze: Ceramics market

Last weekend there was a ceramics market,  Fiera Internazionale della Ceramica, the same one that I attended last year. I love the color and creativity of this event, and you'll see why in the photos below. Artists from Italy, France, Denmark, Spain and several other European countries exhibited their creations over the weekend. Many of the pieces are fragile and intended as art, rather than for practical use. I'm not often tempted to buy anything, for fear of it breaking in transport, but I love looking!

Love those colors!

these are intended as watering vessels

I bought a small bowl with this design
I'd love to have this one, too!
